The MSRDC is a nonprofit corporation formed under Cooperative Agreement No. W911SR-14-2-0001 with the US Army DEVCOM Chemical Biological Center which is currently directed by Eric L. Moore, Ph.D. The Agreement, sponsored by the DEVCOM CBC, engages Minority Serving Institutions in the pursuit of technology advancement in areas of importance to CBC, Department of Defense (DoD) and other Federal agencies engaged in science and engineering research. The agreement is authorized up to 87 million in funding over a 10-year period.
