NASA is seeking insight from the public on whether, and to what extent, its programs and policies perpetuate systemic barriers to opportunities and benefits for underserved groups.  Your response to the questions within the initial RFI will help NASA to initiate strategic plans, consider reforms, and execute reports as required by the E.O. 13985 “Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government”.  NASA will also use the public's feedback to consider reduction of administrative burdens more broadly; therefore, if you have responses to the questions posed in the RFI, please respond by clicking “submit a formal comment” at the top right hand corner of the screen in the green box to submit a comment.  The comment period for the RFI has been extended to August 31, 2021; a correction was posted to the Federal Register on June 28, 2021.
