Deputy Assistant Secretary of Energy Efficiency (position closes April 6): This position will lead an organization which develops strategies and invests in RDD&D responsible for reducing the Nation’s dependence on foreign energy resources, the energy intensity of our economy, and the environmental impact of our industrial processes - while achieving cost-effective product quality enhancements and improving our competitiveness in the global marketplace. Director of the Advanced Manufacturing Office (AMO) (position closes April 7): The Advanced Manufacturing Office advances industrial processes & materials to greatly improve industrial efficiency and overall competitiveness, assisting industrial firms with greater adoption of cost-effective technologies and practices.  As the Director, Advanced Manufacturing Office (AMO) you will lead a dynamic team charged with developing strategies to research, develop, and deploy energy saving technologies. The ideal candidate for this position has experience managing or supporting large research or deployment programs, with expertise in strategic planning and communications, project planning, development of policies/procedures and personnel management.
