The U.S. Department of Energy Solar Energy Technologies Office (SETO) recently announced new funding for solar research and development projects and we could use your help promoting this opportunity before mandatory letters of intent are due on  March 9.

The SETO 2020 Funding Program will award up to $125.5 million to 55-80 solar research and development projects that will advance technologies to lower the cost of solar, increase U.S. manufacturing competitiveness, and improve grid reliability. The SETO 2020 funding opportunity features eight topic areas, which address a core technology area or challenge facing the solar industry.

In addition, SETO has a Teaming Partner List that you can use to find potential partners. If you’re not looking to submit a project of your own, adding your organization to this list will enable other people to reach out to you to form teams. The list will be updated weekly throughout the full application period.
